In response to the dire need and the industry’s will to participate in the agenda for inclusive development, NASSCOM established NASSCOM Foundation in 2001. As an offshoot of the industry body NASSCOM, the Foundation took the role of consolidating industry’s efforts, researching in the space of Information and Communication Technologies for Development and channelizing the support of member companies for social development.

Job Summary

As key member of the team, s/he/they will be managing the CSR/Institutional Partnerships of NASSCOM Foundation. Broad structure of responsibilities is noted below.

  • Lead and drive conversation on NASSCOM Foundation’s core strengths and capabilities.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Analyze the current customer base and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate and co-create along with design and programs teams’ proposals that are determined by the dimensions of impact, customer success in achieving their impact goals and stakeholder experience.
  • Manage key relationships at different levels of leadership at the customer s ide, with a pulse on changes in their focus areas and priorities. This includes building a strategic understanding of the client and their sector context.
  • Strong advisory abilities to support customers in making sound CSR investments aligned to impact and compliance.
  • Build specializations in specific thematic focus areas that strengthen NASSCOM Foundations capabilities to deliver value to our clients. This could include technical specializations or thematic areas.
  • Engage with multiple funders and varied stakeholders like third-party agencies, legal and finance departments, event management agencies and other vendors to achieve program outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • Any graduate/post graduate with 10 years + in business development, CSR, impact consulting/ advisory roles
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects in a multi-stakeholder environment and meeting the highest quality of delivery standards
  • Experience of working with teams across levels and functions and building teams
  • Direct experience of working with senior and CXO level leaders
  • Deeply passionate and committed to creating lasting social impact and a demonstrated interest in the social sector.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Strong client engagement skills
  • Humility, willingness to listen and learn
